How I work with you in this session
This is a focused, one-on-one conversation centered on your situation.
I listen closely, ask direct questions, and offer perspective, including things you may not be seeing on your own. We also look at how key past experiences may be contributing to your current struggles and what it would take to begin addressing their impact.
The goal is to identify what needs to change so things can begin to move forward.
What you share in the session is treated with care and discretion.
